Returns & Refunds

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Inukit piece. If your standard modular item isn't the right fit, we are here to help.

Standard Returns You have 14 days from the date the item is received to initiate a return on standard modular items and all accessories. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact condition you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

Custom & Signature Pieces Because of the specialized traditional joinery and custom crating required for our customized and bespoke pieces, all sales on these items are considered final once production has begun, unless otherwise specified.

Refunds Once your return arrives at the studio, we will inspect the components and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus a 15% restocking fee. You will see the credit applied to your account within 5–10 business dayso, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will send the label to the email address on your order. Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging before shipping.
