Returns & Refunds
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Inukit piece. If your standard modular item isn't the right fit, we are here to help.
Standard Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return on standard modular items and all accessories. To be eligible, your item must be unassembled, completely unused, and in the exact condition you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.
Custom & Signature Pieces Because of the specialized traditional joinery and custom crating required for our customized and bespoke pieces, all sales on these items are considered final once production has begun.
Refunds Once your return arrives at the studio, we will inspect the components and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus a 10% restocking fee. You will see the credit applied to your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping costs. Because shipping costs are non-refundable, original shipping fees (if any) will not be included in your refund amount. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
