Shipping policy

All Inukit pieces are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production before your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada. We offer complimentary shipping on all our modular pieces across Canada, excluding remote areas. For non-modular pieces we offer freight shipping for a fee.

Delivery Times Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business day depending on your location.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@inukit.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available by appointment. Please contact us to arrange.
